From governance and processes to technology and reporting, our services can enhance transparency, efficiency, compliance and financial integrity.Work youll doIn our Analytics team youll build and nurture positive working relationships with teams and clients with the intention to exceed client expectations.Required skill set:Financial Analyst Accounting/ConsolidationKey Responsibilities: Prepare and review monthly, quarterly, and annual financial statements in compliance with IFRS/GAAP. Manage the month-end and year-end closing processes, ensuring accurate and timely reporting. Analyze financial data and resolve discrepancies to ensure integrity of financial reporting. Oversee and execute group financial consolidation, including intercompany reconciliations and eliminations. Ensure the consolidated financial statements reflect accurate group performance and comply with relevant accounting frameworks. Coordinate with subsidiary finance teams to streamline data submissions and reporting processes. Act as the key liaison for internal and external auditors during audit cycles. Provide supporting documentation, prepare audit schedules, and address audit queries promptly. Implement audit recommendations and monitor compliance with internal controls. Ensure adherence to company policies, statutory regulations, and accounting standards. Support the evaluation and improvement of internal control processes. Maintain accurate records to support audits, tax filings, and regulatory reporting. Identify opportunities to improve accounting and reporting processes for greater efficiency and accuracy.
